Cream of Rice Cereal

4 oz. uncooked brown rice

3/4 pint water (with pinch of salt)

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

1 teaspoon Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes

Pinch cinnamon

Honey to taste


Toast the rice lightly.

Grind until fine in a blender.

Bring the salted water to boil.

Stir in the rice and cook until thick (about 10 minutes).

Drizzle on honey. Sprinkle with Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes, cinnamon and ses­ame seeds.

Serves two.
