16 oz. lean minced beef 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes 1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes 1/4 pint beef stock 8 oz. uncooked macaroni 1 medium courgette chopped 8 oz. carrots, thinly sliced 8 oz. sweet com 16 oz. kidney beans 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 pint dry red wine salt and pepper to taste Topping 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes |
Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add stock and return to a boil.
Add macaroni and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the courgettes, sweet corn, carrots, Kidney beans, herbs and wine. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle with cheese and Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast™ Flakes before serving.
